Shipping Options
1) Orders can be picked up at Calgary Humane Society during our business hours 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Calgary Humane Society is located at 4455 110th Avenue SE.
2) Your order can be shipped to you via Purolator at your cost. For addresses identified by Purolator as residential, the driver has the authority to automatically leave the shipment without a signature if the location is reasonably determined to be safe and secure. Otherwise a notice of missed delivery will be left. Calgary Humane Society takes no responsibility for stolen shipments.
PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to your home are non-returnable unless the shipped item was incorrect or defective. If you are unsure about an item, we recommend you select the pick-up option and view your item in-person to determine if you need a refund issued.
Returns
Items picked up from Calgary Humane Society that are in their original condition and unopened can be returned within five days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items requiring refrigeration are non-returnable.
